Coronavirus myDoc Emergency Operating Plan

Coronavirus Emergency Operating Plan

Given the coronavirus pandemic situation, myDoc Urgent Care will operate on the following emergency basis, this may last a few weeks.

Available NOW: Telehealth, in the state of PA.

      • Tele-Health allows patients to schedule video conference visit and be evaluated by a medical provider remotely from their phone or computer. Tele-Health is common in evaluating minor conditions such as upper respiratory infection, cold or flu, sore throat, cough, sinusitis, allergy, minor skin rash, animal bites, or follow up visit.
      • New Telehealth visit has a flat fee of $49. We do accept insurance so there is a chance you will be refunded.

Please call our offices ahead of time.

We’d like to triage you over the phone, and recommend either office visit or Telehealth.

We may have Clinic-to-Clinic Telehealth on certain days. You will be triaged, tested, and examined by our staff under the direction of a medical provider physically located at a different office.
